Stacy L. Smith,BS,LVN-CADC-II has 15+ years in the field of substance abuse treatment. She obtained her LVN License in 1984 and her CADC in 1993. She has devoted her life to helping individuals overcome the debilitating effects of alcohol and drug abuse. She is active in the San Bernardino County Association of Community Based Organizations and the California Association of Therapeutic Communities. Mrs. Smith joined Inland Valley Recovery Services (IVRS), as Executive Director, in November 2000. Since then, IVRS has become a premier agency serving the west-end cities of San Bernardino County. The agency received an unprecedented, initial 3-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in November 2003. The agency operates under internationally recognized (CARF) standards of care and continually reviews and improves services based on input from consumers and stakeholders.
