Stacy L. Smith,BS,LVN-CADC-II has nearly 20 years in the field of substance abuse treatment. She obtained her LVN License in 1984; CADC in 1993; and Bachelor's Degree in 2006. She has devoted her life to helping individuals overcome the debilitating effects of alcohol and drug abuse. She currently serves as President of the San Bernardino County Association of Community Based Organizations and is active in the California Association of Therapeutic Communities. Mrs. Smith joined Inland Valley Recovery Services (IVRS), as Executive Director, in November 2000. Since then, IVRS has become a premier agency serving the west-end cities of San Bernardino County. Under her supervision the agency received an unprecedented, initial 3-year CARF accreditation and continues to operate under the internationally recognized standards of care; reviewing and improving services based on input from consumers and stakeholders.
