In 2003 IVRS was awarded a maximum-term 3-year accreditation from CARF, the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission. IVRS is CARF accredited for the following identified programs: Detoxification, therapeutic communities (TC) and outpatient substance abuse treatment services.
As a CARF-accredited organization, IVRS enjoys recognition among an international community of persons served, peer facilities, and programs for superior standards of care and excellence in outcomes.
The value of accreditation is much more than a certificate on the wall. IVRS received its accreditation because the organization demonstrates a clear focus on its consumers, the expectations and satisfaction of the persons it serves, and the achievement of mutually established outcomes.
IVRS’ accredited programs substantially meet consumer-focused, state-of-the-art international standards of performance. CARF accreditation means the consumer can be confident that IVRS has made a commitment to continually enhance the quality of its services and programs, and its focus on consumer satisfaction.
IVRS uses the CARF accreditation process and results for its strategic planning and staff development to improve the quality of life for each person it serves.
