Employee Assistance Program

IVRS accepts most forms of health insurance and responds quickly and effectively to the needs of area employers and their employees. We are committed to optimizing an employee’s health and well being. IVRS offers a continuum of care for each individual including detoxification, Therapeutic Community residential, and/or intensive outpatient services. The overall goal is to alleviate the debilitating effects of alcohol and drug abuse so the individual can begin the recovery process, and return to a productive lifestyle. Clients receive individual counseling sessions, education, referrals to 12-step and other community support groups, discharge planning, and appropriate follow up resources. The level of care and duration of treatment are determined on a case-by-case basis.
